This add-on enables you to set budgets in tally for expenses across different departments and ensures that expenses are controlled, preventing them from exceeding the allocated budget.
Expense ledgers with cost center allocation and budget limits can be created, just like in default Tally

This addon provides clear control over credit bills, allowing approvals for three specific scenarios. You can enable the necessary approvals in the addon features. An admin user can set the credit limit, credit days, and maximum number of credit bills in the customer ledger master. When a user selects a customer ledger in the sales voucher, it displays information on the screen and provides important warning messages based on the customer's credit status. Such vouchers will be saved as OPTIONAL and sent to the responsible user for approval. They can either approve or cancel them. Admin can put controls on selling rate and discount while doing sales invoice.
1. Rate Control feature does not allow to change the rate in invoice. They can only change the rate by giving admin password. This will ensure the rate change is accompanied by proper approval.
2. Discount Limit determines the amount of discount that can be given by the users
The default rate filed will be read-only , Cannot alter without authorised password
Password allow the user to edit rate and cross the discount limit.
This is a tool to verify the SKU and Quantity in the invoice are delivered in the same way.
There will be report which shows all the pending bill to verify.
On enter the transaction , following report will be open in which one side is to scan the product the other side shoes the item details mention in the invoice. just scan all the products and accept for the verification.
If there is any mismatch in quantity , missing of items will get pop-up on saving this report.
