Raw material QC - Procedure

Receipt Note with Godown Settings 

GRN -  All goods transferred to QC godown

QC do rejection if any

Good quantity move to raw material godown via stock journal

Auto Rejection Out for the rejection quantity, Against Receipt Note

Finished Goods  QC - Procedure

Manufacturing journal with godown settings

Production quantity move to QC godown

QC Department can update rejected Quantity if any

Auto transfer rejected quantity to damage/Rejection Godown

Auto transfer good quantity to  FG godown.

Finished Goods Shortage & Material Requirement Planning

 The reports are based on pending sales orders of the company. 

The first report shows  the shortage of finished goods to meet the sales order.

Following reports shows the raw materials shortage for the production of shortage Quantity.

Further you can go for the SFG Raw material details by pressing 'Parent Product'  Button in this report
